In a role within Distribution and Receiving Centers, you will be at the forefront of delivering products to our guests efficiently, a vital function in our Logistics operations.

Whether focusing on regional or upstream distribution centers, fulfillment centers, or import warehouses, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on thousands of team members and Target guests worldwide.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Effective reasoning, conflict-resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Capable of accessing all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms
• Proficient in reading and interpreting necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center
