Assembler II

We are seeking a skilled Assembler II to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our cleaning and inspection department, you will be responsible for performing cleaning and inspection of HVAC compressor components. This role requires a strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
• Operate cleaning equipment and read technical drawings and documents to inspect components for conformance to dimensional requirements.
• Sort out non-conforming components and identify defects.
• Use precision measuring tools to qualify product components for use while meeting production goals for takt and cycle time.
• Evaluate options to resolve production/quality problems and determine the best course of action to ensure safety, quality, and production.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items, approximately 50 lbs.
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot using drawings, method sheets, assembly drawings, and other technical documentation.
