Equipment Inventory Manager

As an Equipment Inventory Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
About the Job- Manage inventory productivity at our branches, ensuring timely service support and mitigating risk of inventory loss.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through ordering parts according to sourcing procedures, partnering with Centralized Parts Ordering daily.
- Receive and store parts in an organized manner, ensuring updates to PartsNet occur timely, frequent inventory cycle counts, and parts are available when needed.
- Ensure warranty items are shipped and received on time, following up on returns and warranty-grams in partnership with the warranty department.
- Partner with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
- Support branch financial manager by providing guidance and information contributing to branch performance and profitability.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to collaborate with branch team members.
- Competent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years experience in customer service and operations required; 2 years working in service and parts department preferred.
- Agile and quick learner, enjoying collaborative projects and continuous education.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
The salary for this position is approximately $$60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is estimated based on the job requirements and location.
