This position involves delivering and installing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate will provide delivery, pick-up, and maintenance of all types of home medical equipment and medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and install DME in a safe and timely manner
  • Provide delivery, pick-up, and maintenance of all types of home medical equipment and medical supplies
  • Safely operate a company-owned vehicle
  • Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on proper and safe use of equipment
  • Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Complete all orders thoroughly and accurately using an inventory management system
  • Organize and maintain equipment according to company policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid state-issued driver's license in the state where the employee works, required
  • A high school diploma, required
  • 1 year of delivery and/or customer service experience, strongly preferred
  • Candidates should possess a safe driving history and will be required to complete a background screening as part of the hiring process
  • Must be 21 years of age to meet the coverage requirements of the company's auto insurance
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry equipment of varying weights

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 - $20.00, dependent on experience, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $37,440 - $41,600, based on a 40-hour workweek.
