Psychiatrist - Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapies and medications as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting empowerment and self-advocacy.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
- MD/DO degree from an accredited university.
- Board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting.
- CPR certification and completion of CPI training within 30 days of employment.
