About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead, Digital GTM & Technology Innovation. This role will drive the strategy and delivery of the Digital Product Experience, spanning materials, design, development, visual merchandising, virtual selling, and future tools like AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders to own the roadmap and delivery of GTM systems, systems that consume those assets, and future tools.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Go-to-market processes, including MDM & PLM solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally to determine the best sustainable approach to system enhancements and teammate needs.
  • Allocate resources and set priorities for vendors.
  • Maintain and drive the budget, ensuring process alignment to deliver solutions on-time and in-budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with vendor management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with IT project management.
  • Experience in supporting Product Development Applications preferred.
