Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Good Samaritan Medical Center. As a Surgical Institute Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care to designated patients under the direction of the Director and/or designee.
  • Perform a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Experience in a surgical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
