Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen employees to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Maintain inventory control, purchasing, and record-keeping systems.
  • Organize and balance workloads for food preparation crew.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lead by example, train effectively, and provide team-building techniques.
