Position Overview

The Travel Radiology Technician plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This position requires a dedicated professional who is committed to patient care and possesses the necessary qualifications.

Certification Requirements
  • ARRT (R) registration is mandatory.
  • BLS certification is required.
Job Responsibilities

The Radiology Technologist is responsible for:

  • Performing various radiographic procedures, including basic imaging, fluoroscopy, and portable imaging.
  • Conducting C-arm procedures and providing imaging services in the operating room.
  • Ensuring compliance with departmental protocols and radiologist directives.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid state license as a general radiographer.
  • Travelers must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
  • All submissions must include the home address and Social Security Number.
Work Schedule

This position typically involves:

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
  • No on-call requirements are necessary.

The Radiology Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA program and is dedicated to providing timely and effective diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients.
