Role Summary

In this role, you will be essential in managing the purchase order lifecycle.

The Sales Operations team collaborates with various departments to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process, ultimately leading to quicker deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify information related to sales purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy throughout.
  • Input confirmed purchase order details into the Netsuite system.
  • Facilitate a smooth sales process to expedite deal closures.
  • Maintain data consistency and integrity between Netsuite and Salesforce systems to support informed decision-making, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Generate and distribute software license keys to clients.
  • Serve as a primary contact and expert for the sales team regarding purchase order and licensing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Partners and Sales representatives to manage the collection process.
  • Address additional ad-hoc requests and responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, follow-up, and effective time management.
  • Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and PIVOT tables).
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
