Card Services Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Card Services Analyst to join our team at Members 1st Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our Card Services department, you will be responsible for performing complex functions related to our credit union card products.
Key Responsibilities- Perform debit and credit card analysis to identify trends and minimize losses
- Review and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor card trends to maximize recoveries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support daily operational duties, including phone queue management as needed
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure support for card portfolio operational and strategic goals
- 3-5 years of related experience in card operations or a related field
- Strong understanding of card operations and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, analytical, and resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external teams
