MVP Health Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Individual Product Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a vital role in driving membership growth and promoting our innovative healthcare solutions to underserved communities.

• Identify and enroll eligible individuals in various healthcare plans, including Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and Medicare Advantage.
• Conduct outreach activities, including health fairs, community events, and festivals, to promote MVP's presence and services.
• Foster positive relationships with community-based organizations, medical providers, and community contacts to develop a robust network within your territory.
• Generate, track, and convert qualified leads and referrals into MVP customers.
• Lead monthly events to highlight MVP's progressive health solutions and strengthen ties with the community.

• Two or more years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• The ability to speak multiple languages, including English and at least one other language.
• An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• The availability to work full-time, virtually, with some travel required.
