Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for achieving guest satisfaction through effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Responsibilities- Greet guests, seat them, and serve with a smile.
- Resolve guest complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain control of the facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements.
- Monitor food temperatures during hot and cold handling to prevent risk factors associated with foodborne illness.
- Train employees to guarantee proper and productive performance.
- Ensure all menu items are prepared and served according to standards.
- Anticipate, identify, and correct system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
- Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training.
- Trustworthy and able to deal with payment of guest checks and operate cash registers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Average salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
