Job Description

We are seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team. As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participating in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.

You will supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will also include providing support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of related work experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance required
  • Other licensure or certification may be required by regulatory authority
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and individuals served
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained
