Sales and Growth Professional

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive business growth and expansion through strategic sales efforts.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue.
Responsibilities include:
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Team Management: Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure optimal performance and results.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers to understand their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Sales Operations: Managing sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health care plan, retirement plan, life insurance, paid time off, family leave, short term & long term disability, training & development, work from home options, and wellness resources.
