Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager II
At Smart City Networks, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager II to join our team. This role is responsible for creating sales and providing exceptional customer service by working with attendees, exhibitors, and show management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all in-house and show site functions, including data processing, phone calls, document collection, customer billing, and invoicing.
- Support and coordinate customer sales and service activities with show management, site management, and major customers.
- Understand the AES program and relay its benefits to clients.
- Fully utilize and understand all aspects of company proprietary software systems.
- Assist and answer customer sales and service staff inquiries on input and system issues.
- Resolves errors in customer billing, service rendered, and interfaces with customers to solve issues and suggest additional services.
- Ensures compliance with company policy in relation to customer credit card searches and prepayment requirements.
- Interacts with customers and show managers on a regular basis.
- Provides guidance and training to CSSR I as needed.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
