Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic technology skills, including typing and data entry.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
