  • Motivate and energize sales associates to focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Educate customers on company initiatives, including sales and features, exclusive products, and special offerings
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and stocked store environment
  • Support the store management team as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge or interest in wine, beer, and/or spirits
  • Retail sales experience or related customer service training a plus
  • Alcohol Server Card (can be obtained after job offer)

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
  • Opportunity for educational-based pay increases, potentially exceeding $30.00 per hour
