Job Summary:

As a Dietary Aide at Trinity Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include working various positions on the patient tray line, delivering supplies and nourishment items to floors, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment in the dish room and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of patient food service duties, including working on the patient tray line, delivering supplies, and maintaining the dish room.

• Assists in the assembly and delivery of food supplies to patient food pantries on floors.

• Delivers meal trays to patient rooms and retrieves trays after meals.

• Maintains all work areas in a safe and sanitary condition, adhering to department quality standards.

• Follows safe food handling procedures to ensure food wholesomeness.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.

• Ability to read and follow directions, with a minimum of six months of experience as a diet aide or related job preferred.
