Job Description

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking an Office Administration Director to oversee the management of day-to-day office operations in our Dayton, OH location. This salaried position offers an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$85,000.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business office functions, finance, and accounting. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining accurate customer data, including billing and financial statement preparation.
  2. SUPERVISING FRONT DESK/CLERICAL PERSONNEL, INCLUDING SCHEDULING, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, AND HIRING.
  3. COLLABORATING WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER TO REVIEW AND ADVISE ON BILLING ISSUES, EXPENDITURES, AND BUDGETARY MATTERS.
  4. MANAGING ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, PURSUING AND FOLLOWING UP ON UNPAID BALANCES.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience in business office functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of general accounting, billing, and collections.
  • Able to clearly present information through the spoken word.
