Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Bilbro Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating the costs of construction projects, ensuring that our company remains competitive in the market.

• Project Cost Estimation: Gather and analyze data to estimate the costs of construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Proposal Development: Develop detailed proposals for construction projects, including scope of work, timelines, and budgets.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide estimates and proposals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our project management team to ensure that estimates are accurate and meet client expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our estimating processes.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in a mid-sized general contractor.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in estimating software.
