Compensation: Starting pay is $15 per hour.

If you seek a role with a stable organization that offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, Zions Bank is currently expanding our Retail Support Department. This department comprises Client Service Representatives (tellers) who provide essential support across various branches.

In this role, you will have the chance to work in different Zions Bank Financial Centers, gaining exposure to various teams and departments within the organization, thereby enhancing your industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process debit and credit transactions while adhering to established policies and maintaining a strong balancing record.
  • Identify and fulfill clients' needs by offering a range of services, including account openings, issuing counter checks, account maintenance, ATM card services, money transfers, and loan payment processing.
  • Address client inquiries and issues through direct action or by referring them to appropriate bank resources.
  • Recognize and leverage cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Personalized work schedules are available, provided the following criteria are met:

  • Availability for at least two days from Monday to Friday.
  • On any available day, you must have at least five consecutive hours available, starting at 8:00 AM or ending at 6:00 PM.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with some experience in cashiering, customer service, or related fields. Essential skills include:

  • Basic understanding of mathematics, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and banking products.
  • Strong balancing and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to cross-sell banking products based on client needs.
  • Preferred experience in selling products and services tailored to customer requirements.
