Job Overview

Position: Marketing Documentation Specialist

Location: Hybrid Role

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Compensation: $40/hr on W2

Work Schedule: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote

Experience Requirements: 2 to 4 years in the Health, Wellness, or Medically Regulated sectors. Candidates must exhibit strong attention to detail and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role involves working with Veeva, the company’s Quality Management System, although experience with other Quality Management systems is acceptable. Responsibilities include reviewing promotional materials, approving workflows, and uploading marketing documents to the Quality Management System.

Preferred Educational Background: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or Quality Management is desirable. Note that this position is not IT-focused.

The selected candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Interview Process

The interview process consists of three stages: the first interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a second interview with a panel from the Product and Global Marketing teams, and a final interview with Regulatory Affairs, all conducted via video conference.

The successful candidate will lead the content approval workflow for a new health and wellness product, working closely with team members to gather and address feedback promptly. Attention to detail is crucial, ensuring both minor and major changes are accurately reflected.

Familiarity with quality management system approval workflows from a marketing or e-commerce perspective is essential. A passion for brand and content marketing is highly valued, and prior experience in the medical device field is a plus.

Key Attributes Sought:

  1. Experience with Quality Management Systems, particularly Veeva;
