Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet product specifications.
  • Analyze and optimize equipment layout, workflow, and assembly methods to maximize efficiency.
  • Support daily production activities and drive producibility improvement projects for new products.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, and facilitate issue identification and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
  • Develop and implement knowledge management systems to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
