The primary purpose of this role is to manage engineering functions, identify and evaluate procedures and process equipment required to produce a quality product. This involves designing, detailing, and implementing process and equipment solutions that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

This position requires collaboration with Design/Development Engineers, Team Leaders, Associates, and Suppliers to evaluate and influence designs for manufacturability and cost reduction. The successful candidate will adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in a similar role. They will possess strong communication, presentation, follow-through, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively work with coworkers and all levels of the organization.

This role is responsible for developing new and unique approaches to complex problems and advancing technology beyond previous company involvement. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in engineering and perform other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process and equipment solutions that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and influence designs for manufacturability and cost reduction.
  • Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.
  • Develop new and unique approaches to complex problems and advance technology beyond previous company involvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to management as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively work with coworkers and all levels of the organization.
