As a Product Manager at Apple, you will represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process, collaborating with outstanding teams, crafting the launch narrative, and engaging with media to convey the importance of your products.
We are seeking a driven Product Manager to join our Worldwide Product Marketing team.The Product Manager will oversee the messaging, launch deliverables, and release strategy for iPadOS, while also contributing to the definition of new features that will influence the future of iPad.

Key Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for iPadOS
- Collaborate within a global cross-functional team, including engineering, developer relations, public relations, and marketing communications throughout the entire product development cycle
- Establish product positioning and key messaging
- Position the product in relation to competitors and other offerings
- Partner with marketing communications and PR to create product launch initiatives, press releases, and promotional materials
- Represent your product globally, attending press briefings and customer engagements
- Maintain expert knowledge of competitive and third-party products
- Gather global customer, developer, and partner insights for future product enhancements
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, consumer behaviors, and societal trends, providing recommendations on how products can align with these trends
- Assess new technologies and recommend pursuits for future products
- Manage trade-offs involving features, timelines, costs, product positioning, and lifecycle management
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least one complete product development cycle from concept to launch.
- Experience with consumer software products and technologies related to software platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven technical background working closely with engineering teams from an inbound marketing perspective, including during early research and development phases.
- Ability to synthesize technologies into product communications for a broad audience, including customers, media, analysts, and industry experts.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated track record as a product spokesperson on a national or global scale.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and marketing initiatives.
- Previous experience with media and press engagement.
At Apple, base pay is just one component of our total compensation package, determined within a specified range.
This structure allows for growth and development within your role.
The base pay range for this position is between $136,300 and $248,700, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.Employees are also eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
