About the Role

At Apple, we're revolutionizing entire industries with innovative products and services. As a Commercial and Strategy Manager for Mechanical Enclosures, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our commercial strategy, negotiations, and cost management for mechanical enclosure components across our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies to maximize cost savings and improve our supply chain.
  • Collaborate with key partners in our Finance and Operations leadership teams to drive long-term supply chain strategy and cost management.
  • Work closely with project Global Supply Managers, Operations teams, and Engineering teams to understand new design cost opportunities and intercept new supplier selection.
  • Strategize and develop creative deals to enable lower costs for Apple across multiple lines of business.
  • Analyze detailed cost models to find opportunities to improve operational efficiency and costs.
  • Develop and present internal cost roadmaps and cost updates for executive-level discussions and reviews.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain development, sourcing management, and cost negotiation.
  • BSME or BSIE, or equivalent.
  • MBA a plus.
