Role: Nursing Assistant - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Shift Details:
Per Diem/PRN, Nights

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Compensation:
$23/HR

Key Responsibilities:
As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with our nursing and therapy teams to support patients in their rehabilitation journey. Your role will include:
- Monitoring vital signs
- Assisting patients with daily living activities
- Responding promptly to call lights
- Reporting any changes or progress in patient conditions
- Reinforcing rehabilitation techniques as directed by the therapy team.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Certification in Basic Life Support from an accredited organization prior to employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.

Per Diem Requirements:
- Commitment to three shifts within a six-week schedule, including one weekend shift and one minor or major vacation.
