Key Responsibilities:
Positions available for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles

Core Duties of the Rehabilitation Therapy Aide:
Prepare and maintain treatment areas for patient use

Familiarize yourself with the operation of exercise equipment, including stationary bikes, pulley systems, and various therapy tools as instructed by the Physical Therapist

Set up therapeutic equipment such as hydrotherapy tanks, paraffin baths, and heating packs

Assist in the application and removal of braces, splints, and slings as required

Support physical therapy assistants and/or physical therapists in patient mobility and gait training

Communicate effectively with patients, the public, and all healthcare team members

Qualifications:
Required Experience and Skills for the Rehabilitation Therapy Aide Position:

A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary
