Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, management, and reporting of safety, scope, schedule, and budget throughout all project phases.
  • Review and approve vendor scopes of work and conduct design assessments of site and building plans.
  • Manage all aspects of submittal approvals, including RFIs, RFPs, SWAs, EWOs, PCOs, and material procurement.
  • Define project scope and drive the overall project strategy across all phases.
  • Continuously monitor and manage the project plan to provide a comprehensive overview of project health and progress; actively manage critical paths and report status to leadership and clients.
  • Ensure that daily project activities align with the approved project plan and established standards.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on project budget and financials throughout all phases.
  • Maintain accurate Job Cost Reports, ledgers, and budgets.
  • Assign necessary resources to the project and ensure clear task delegation.
  • Act as the primary liaison among the project team, leadership, and clients.
  • Identify and manage project-related issues and risks, collaborating with assigned owners to devise effective solutions.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are documented and distributed.
  • Implement and oversee the project closeout process, ensuring all documentation is organized and standardized.
  • Build industry relationships and expand professional networks to generate future sales opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience in managing large, complex construction projects, including on-site management of new builds and renovations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction process, budgeting, accounting, and procurement.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, Bluebeam, and project management software.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to completing tasks effectively.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Capable of independently managing deadlines and supporting team members.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 based on experience.
