">Campbell Soup Company is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive the development, maintenance, and evolution of our IT solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and develop detailed business requirements documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.">
- Participate in system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of integrated business planning data.">
- Provide training and support to end-users on integrated business planning systems and processes.">
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement in the integrated business planning process.">
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including sales, finance, operations, and IT.">
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.">
- Work collaboratively with IT partners to design, implement, and maintain IT solutions that support business needs.">
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout all phases of project delivery.">
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoices for new and existing vendors, ensuring costs are matched against AOP (Annual Operating Plan).">
- Develop and maintain expertise in integrated business planning systems and tools, such as SAP APO/IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan.">
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in integrated business planning and technology solutions.">
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, innovation, and teamwork.">
- Take ownership of responsibilities and initiatives, driving results-oriented outcomes.">

- $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.">
