Position Overview:

The Accounts Payable Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting our warehouse operations by managing vendor appointments, processing receipts, preparing necessary documentation, and handling invoicing tasks. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and check in vendor appointments and ensure accuracy of purchase orders.
  • Edit receipts to align with vendor documentation.
  • Prepare and organize driver paperwork efficiently.
  • Utilize accounting software for invoicing and record-keeping.
  • Manage phone communications and assist with scheduling as needed.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with operational procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
