Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and establish relationships with individuals and families in need of support
  • Complete intake information and perform initial interviews to identify issues and document case notes

  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide comprehensive support services

Requirements:

  • Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited college or university
  • Five (5) years of professional experience in the field of Social Work, Social Welfare, or Public Health
  • Licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Louisiana State Board of Social Work Examiners
