Your ResponsibilitiesAs a key player in our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our small business clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Client Relationship Development: Cultivating and enhancing relationships with existing clients through expert advice and consultation. Your insights on coverage options will be crucial, and your ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities will contribute to our collective success.
- Operational Management: Overseeing renewals, document processing, and all facets of account servicing while adhering to strict deadlines. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure smooth operations.
- Strategic Account Handling: Proficiently managing non-renewals, cancellations, and renewals. You will also engage in marketing efforts, preparing impactful submissions.
- A professional with 3-6 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Possession of a Property & Casualty license, with comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and documentation.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally familiar with Applied/EPIC/TAM AMS360 software.
- A self-sufficient yet collaborative team member, eager to learn, with a college degree or equivalent industry credentials.
