Executive Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill the Executive Director position in our Hospice practice setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care, supervising professional staff, and ensuring the highest level of quality care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of patient care
  • Lead and develop professional staff and allied health personnel
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of VA
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative management experience in Hospice
  • Prefers 2-5 years of experience managing/leading a Hospice agency
