Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at LHC Group. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market share in the Home Health industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote LHC Group's services and features
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Clinical Director to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage sales administration duties, including CRM, expense entry, and payroll time sheets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
