Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide is a dedicated professional who provides essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with household tasks and light housekeeping to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Report observations and incidents to the Agency Director or designated supervisor.
  • Comply with traffic regulations and maintain a safe driving record when transporting clients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of clients.
  • Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
