We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Erikson Senior Living. As a key member of our operations team, this role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and quality of food purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation within budgetary parameters.

Key responsibilities include supervising, implementing, and maintaining core menus and recipe management systems, as well as maintaining proper procedures to maintain kitchen/equipment sanitation. Compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to food handling/production is also a critical aspect of this role.

This role requires a strong hospitality experience and a proven track record of success in driving innovative culinary programs. The ideal candidate will be a creative and organized leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our residents.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess certification from a culinary training program and a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Chef. ServSafe certification and creative skills in food preparation and presentation are also highly desirable.
