Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities used for storing, drying, and milling rice products.
  • Conduct construction and renovation projects to ensure the facilities are safe and functional.
  • Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and sky tracks, to move materials and equipment.
  • Use hand and power tools to perform tasks such as cutting, welding, and carpentry.
  • Work at heights up to 200 feet and ride man-lifts to access areas.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Perform basic math calculations and read tape measures to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport personnel and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Extensive experience in construction, millwright, and industrial maintenance.
  • Ability to lift up to 110 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Availability for call-outs at all times and ability to respond within 35 minutes.
