Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Technology Project Lead to join our team at Clarity ITS, LLC. As a key member of our commercial technology team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, implementation, and completion of Access Control/Video Surveillance/Intrusion Projects to the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as single point of responsibility and accountability for projects.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams for project turnover, including review of documents, drawings, scope of work, and construction schedule.
  • Create and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure completion within budget and to customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate internal kick-off meetings with Project Foreman and Lead Technicians.
  • Create material purchase orders and monitor equipment shipments.
  • Oversee in-house system staging and equipment testing before shipping equipment to site.
  • Monitor and update daily task lists to keep customers and management updated on project progress.
  • Facilitate sub-contract labor when applicable.
  • Regularly inspect quality of work performed by internal technicians and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all systems are installed per original design and operate as intended.
  • Coordinate development and delivery of documentation, including submittals, equipment manuals, training materials, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate and/or provide client training.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Project Manager in a commercial construction setting.
  • Ability to supervise multiple teams of technicians and subcontractors when required.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple projects in the same time frame.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read architectural prints, low voltage wiring diagrams, project schedules, and other technical construction documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Outlook).
  • Understanding of project financials, including revenue, budget, profit margins.
  • Working knowledge of CAD software (Autocad, Bluebeam, Visio).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Certification strongly preferred.
  • Industry certifications strongly preferred.
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
