We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's accounting needs.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly general accounting activities and reporting, including bank reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, financial report analysis, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee budget and financial strategies, forecast future revenue needs, and expected revenue streams to maximize cash flow.
  • Accounting Operations: Direct and supervise accounting staff to ensure adherence to GAAP, strong internal controls, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Risk Analysis: Perform risk analysis of feasibility of future projects.
  • Leadership Support: Assist the leadership team with evaluation of insurance policies and coordinate all internal and external audit requests.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience as a Controller.
  • Certifications: CPA license preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, high level of accuracy, ability to organize, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines, skilled and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office, and experience using Foundation Construction Software preferred.
