Key Responsibilities
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be accountable for delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients within designated primary or specialty areas. This includes:
- Conducting patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, and formulating treatment plans.
- Providing education and referrals to ensure patients receive optimal care.
- Acting as a mentor and resource for clinical practice, guiding practitioners and students to enhance patient care quality.
- Collaborating with leadership to evaluate, plan, and implement advanced practice provider initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
For Physician Assistants: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
For Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN): A Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider performing similar duties, or 5 years in any clinical field.
Licensure/Certification:
Must possess a current CPR certification and maintain all relevant licensure and registration as per the governing medical standards.
