Responsibilities- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws, regulations, and legal procedures to ensure accurate and current information is being used in legal work.
- Assist with the filing of legal documents with courts, administrative agencies, and other relevant authorities, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
- Manage attorneys' calendars, appointments, and deadlines, as well as provide reminders and notifications.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and responding to inquiries.
- Conduct research to support lawyers in case preparation, including finding relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- 3-6 years of experience in Estate Planning and Trust Administration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $90,000.
