Clean and Maintain Kitchen Team Member

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clean and Maintain Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchens, dining areas, and other related facilities.

Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies
- Ensure accurate food storage and rotation
- Maintain accurate dish machine and pot and pan sink temperature and sanitation logs
- Perform assigned cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing production areas
- Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary
- Maintain the correct storage of all janitorial and chemical supplies
- Assist in receiving, storing, dating, labeling, and rotating food and non-food supplies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- One (1) year job-related experience preferred
- High School diploma/GED
- Written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
