We're currently seeking a talented Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Minnetonka, MN. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of our quality system. Your leadership skills will guide professional, direct, or indirect labor staff to achieve objectives at the lowest cost while ensuring high-quality products.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high visibility with production staff and use a hands-on approach to communicate daily and involve them in problem-solving.
  • Develop a high-performance work team with high levels of worker morale, satisfaction, and performance.
  • Create and maintain a respectful work environment by listening, seeking facts to support decisions, managing one's own reactions, and addressing unacceptable behavior.

To ensure success in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with demonstrated ability to acquire and apply manufacturing principles.
  • A strong understanding of business metrics and the Quality System, including the CAPA system and interrelated systems.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results.

We offer a competitive salary range of $57,300 - $114,700 annually, depending on location.
