Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs, and going above and beyond to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Managing guest account information accurately and efficiently, including taking payments and processing cancellations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any guest-related issues promptly.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.

About Our Salary:
$15 per hour.
