Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with our Pharmacy Technician Supervisors, Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager, Pharmacy Director, and Director of Procurement to ensure seamless inventory management across our network. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate records
  • Receiving, ordering, and stocking medications and supplies while adhering to SOPs
  • Monitoring out-of-stock medications and collaborating with purchasing teams to resolve issues
  • Managing medication returns, manufacturer returns, and replacement products
  • Rotating stock using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and removing outdated drugs from inventory

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) certification is desirable. Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is essential, with at least 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.

Estimated Salary Range
