As an Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Special Intelligence (NS), Document and Media Exploitation Section (NSE) with program support services.

Job Summary:

The Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating investigative information, as well as coordinating and implementing administrative services and program requirements supporting NSE workflow and team operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to investigative personnel to obtain, review, and analyze source documents and statistical information.
  • Make recommendations to the Government on the relevancy of investigative information as related to priority intelligence requirements.
  • Organize and conduct detailed examinations of information gathered during complex criminal and civil investigations.
  • Provide written results within formal and informal briefings to the Government as required by the Contracting Officer's Representative.
  • Participate in the development methodology to exploit investigative information, including conducting periodic progress reviews and coordinating and completing quality control of all work products.
  • Report individual findings on an ongoing basis to lead personnel.
  • Utilize a variety of financial analysis software to process and analyze financial records.
  • Perform data entry from hard copy and soft copy documents into a large-scale data processing system.
  • Resolve any problems and questions concerning data to be entered.
  • Lead quality control review over software output and reconcile data with original documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Report individual findings from the analysis of all investigative material on an ongoing basis, write intelligence reports, create graphics and working aids, and prepare discovery and court material for the prosecutor.
  • Occasional travel in support of DOMEX missions and/or law enforcement operations.
Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • A Bachelor's Degree and three years of specialized experience involving collection, evaluation, analysis, production, and dissemination of investigative intelligence.
  • Possess a working knowledge of current investigative techniques relating to analyzing and summarizing large volumes of investigative data and preparing analytical products in support of law enforcement operations.
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance.
