Job Summary:

Fidelity Assistant Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a team of successful sales and service associates, working closely with senior management to drive branch success. This visionary leader excels in finding happiness in all aspects of branch life, understanding the intricacies of sales and operational activities within a branch environment. With a strategic mindset, they drive their branch to stand out against competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management to lead a team of sales and service associates
  • Develop and implement national initiatives to grow business through in-branch customer contact, local marketing, educational seminars, and client appreciation
  • Oversee operational activities, including supervision of local risk and compliance issues and customer concerns
  • Foster the development of a group of associates by training, mentoring, counseling, and motivating branch representatives

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in financial sales roles
  • Three or more years of management experience in a financial services environment (preferable)
  • Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 licenses required; Series 9/10 and Insurance licenses to be obtained within 60 days of hire

How Your Work Impacts the Organization:

This role serves as a developmental opportunity for 12-24 months, developing and acclimating talent across the investor center network while providing support to the assigned Branch Manager. You may provide assistance in more than one branch and/or the primary branch location may change during the program.
