Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator RN to join our team at Lovelace Women's Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. As a Clinical Educator RN, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, developing, promoting, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating clinical education and information services activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the educational needs of nursing staff and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote patient safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care and education.
  • Develop and maintain educational materials, resources, and tools to support nursing staff.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum: BSN or equivalent
  • Two (2) years related experience
  • Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire) and BLS
  • HIRING DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and or PALS
  • LMG/SMA: Licensure can be substituted by an equivalent Master Degree in any healthcare discipline
Preferred Qualifications
  • Desired: Masters degree
